about feelng at home
feeling at home was born from a simple idea: home is something we can cultivate within
For as long as I can remember, I have felt that we often look outside ourselves for answers, guidance, and a sense of fulfilment. Yet within us exists a whole inner world — a place where we are free to explore, grow, and shape our own experience of life.
I believe that our wellbeing is ultimately our responsibility. That can feel intimidating at times, but it is also deeply empowering. It reminds us that we have more agency than we often realise, and that meaningful change can begin from within.
Feeling at Home grew from a desire to share this perspective and to support others in understanding themselves more deeply, so they can cultivate a sense of home within themselves and feel more at home in their own body and being.
About Raquel
I’ve always been curious about what lies beneath the surface
From an early age, I felt a deep curiosity about the human body and well-being. I trained as a physiotherapist and spent several years working in clinical settings, developing a refined understanding of the body, pain, and the uniqueness of each individual experience.
Over time, however, a deeper truth emerged: the body cannot be separated from its emotional and spiritual dimensions.
Following this inner knowing, I stepped beyond the boundaries of clinical practice and into a search of my own path. The ocean became one of my greatest teachers. As a scuba diving instructor, I supported many people in transforming fear into trust and resistance into presence.
It was in Bali, that I reconnected with an ancient wisdom that had always lived within me: Tantra. A profound turning point that awakened a deep sense of belonging and expansion.
This path later guided me to India, where I deepened my journey and trained as a Tantra facilitator. There, I began holding spaces for exploration and transformation, while continuing to expand my own inner process.
By integrating my scientific background with my spiritual path, I came to recognize the breath as a fundamental pillar of well-being.
Today, I walk with the understanding that life is not a destination, but an experience to be lived with presence and alignment.
My purpose is clear: to guide you back to feeling at home within yourself.
